Cookies will stay fresh for approximately four weeks when stored in an airtight container at room temperature.

Can you do custom designs?

Yes! I love to do custom designs. Please email me or fill out a bespoke order form on my contacts page with as much detail as possible and I will send you an itemized quote.

I have been awarded a food hygiene rating of 5 (very good). I have a level 2 food safety in catering certificate, allergen awareness certificate and take food hygiene very seriously.

Yes I can post anywhere in the UK. I usually post using Royal Mail 24 tracked and signed which starts at £5.82 for a small parcel.

How much notice do you need to place an order?

As much notice as possible would be great as I do a lot of pre order sales for holidays. However if you do have a last minute request don't hesitate to get in touch as it may be something I can accommodate.

What ingredients are in the cookies?

Butter, plain flour, caster sugar, eggs. Depending on the cookie flavour I may also add vanilla extract, lemon extract, cocoa powder or food colouring.

Are your cookies suitable if I have an allergy?

Each cookie will contain milk, eggs, cereals containing gluten and soya. I also use food colouring products which may contact nuts, peanuts and sulphur dioxide. Each cookie order will come with an allergen information label.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes, minimum order for bespoke orders is six.

How do you price your cookies?

Pricing is based on the cookie design you require and the intricacy of the design. Basic designs start from £3 per cookie.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, I require ten days notice to cancel your order for a full refund. If it is less than ten days then I may have already started preparing your order and a refund will be down to my discretion. Please read my full terms and conditions for further details.
